Rachel + Jerome's | Rossahilly House, Fermanagh

I've just finished editing this blog and I'm exhausted all over again! What a day, what a wedding..... When I first met Rachel and Jerome I secretly hoped they pick me to be their photographer! Originally from Fermanagh, Rachel now lives in London with Jerome. I too lived in London for 13 years so we chatted about different areas and it reminded me of the good times!  Rachel had so many fab ideas for her wedding day and after witnessing the end result she really did stamp her mark and even living miles away she managed to create the exact look she wanted. On the day Rachel looked absolutely stunning, I loved her dress, flowers, whole colour coordination and theme. The flower girls and page boys were just too cute, their styling just class. The venue for the reception was Rossahilly House, a beautiful bungalow overlooking Lough Shore and a marquee erected for the wedding party celebrations. The day before the wedding there were storms and I had visions of the marquee sailing off into the Lough or taking off at St Angelo Airport! Rachel and Jerome armed with family members and friends braved the weather to decorate the marquee and have a few pre wedding drinks. The end result decoration was all down to Rachel's planning and vision, she had complete control. Thankfully the next day the weather turned and although there were a few drizzle showers the day was perfect! Rachel, Jerome, the family and wedding party were amazing fun to be around and all incredibly relaxed. Everyone laughed and smiled the whole day. It's so important to have great memories of your day and I could see clearly everyone had a cracking time. I'd also like to say that I'd like to become the resident wedding photographer St Mary's Church in Lisbellaw. An absolutely beautiful church with amazing light and the most laid back priest I've ever met who completely understood the fact that we also had a job to do! A special thanks to my second shooter, Paula Donnelly, for helping me capture Rachel + Jerome's big day. xxx
